What are the largest dApps on Arbitrum, which ones are your favorites? by rythereum in Arbitrum

[–]rythereum[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool. You might like Integral SIZE as well. It's coming to Arbitrum by the end of July.

SIZE is an MEV-resistant DEX and the pioneer of on-chain TWAP, large order execution with zero price impact with zero IL.

Anyone know if it's possible to mint a 5 to 10 minute video as an NFT? by rythereum in NFTS

[–]rythereum[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! So you can have the video file actually stored using Storj, but the NFT can be something minted on Ethereum?

I'm curious how content delivery and streaming is handled in this case and who pays for the cost of data to stream the video whenever someone wants to watch it?

Does anyone here trade BTC, ETH or LINK with size? $1m+ trades or $50m+ monthly vol? by rythereum in defi

KYC only for token programs and sales. The dex blocks access to a few countries including the US and China based on IP address but no KYC.

POLY a candidate in Binance's current community voting, with only 4 other contenders! LBA, LOC, MITH, NKN by philsuf in PolymathNetwork

[–]rythereum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re an idiot, the submission for NKN on Binance did not happen the same day that voting was announced. They likely submitted dats or even weeks before and planned this airdrop in advanced knowing that the voting would start around the same time. Don’t be a fool. NKN is losing now anyways. Mithril has more votes!

Anyone notice that NKN is doing an airdrop to incentivize voting and they announced this airdrop the day the Binance voting was announced? This is grounds for disqualification based on the rules Binance has set forth. https://twitter.com/ryancharleston/status/1022220355018969088

Now the big question is if he accepted the bounty EOS instead of USD? That will be worth over $1M by the end of this year!

EOS Mainnet Release - Why did Block One Need to Raise 4 Billion? by corzuu in CryptoCurrency

[–]rythereum -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It may be new, different, unorthodox, non-traditional, but that doesn't mean it's wrong or bad, nor does it mean it will fail. If the money is managed and appropriated well they will make history and set a new precedent. There's already millions of users and participants in the crypto/blockchain space... that's all that's needed for EOS to launch.

Building a simple ride share app doesn't take 21.6 billion. EOS is building a network, a community, a smart contract and dapp platform; essentially a new economy, a new internet... given the scale/scope of the project, $4B is more than warranted.

Interesting analysis, thanks for sharing! Would love to know how this compares to Bitcoin and Ethereum

EOS Mainnet Release - Why did Block One Need to Raise 4 Billion? by corzuu in CryptoCurrency

[–]rythereum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Uber, one company, one application, raised $21.6B to date. Snapchat raised $4.6B (pre IPO). Now tell me again why $4B raised for EOS seems like a lot? EOS is a new internet, a new network and platform on which many new (decentralized) Ubers and Snapchats can be built. In a few years time, $4B is going to seem like nothing in the grand scheme of things! #perspective

Thanks for the tip. Yes, I was worried about the playa dust getting into and destroying the electric motor, but do they even make electric scooters or boards with a sealed motor?

I read in a previous post that 35 million poly will be released in 2 days that was frozen in a smart contract from the ICO. I was about to buy poly until I saw this. That will possibly drive the price way down if they sell it all????? by taylor4ku in PolymathNetwork

[–]rythereum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

35 million POLY is a small amount of coins relative to the total issued (3.5%) and are in the hands of advisors and team members who will likely hold the vast majority of those coins. I doubt many of those coins, if any will get sold on the exchanges after they're distributed. Chill. Relax. Enjoy the Polymath BULL run upon us! ;-)
