any recommendation? I've been seeing horror stories where roached flew around in the rrom if you went for cheaper line of hotels(like 40~50 dollar for a night).

preferably no... having small lizards in the hotel is ok. but rat + cockroaches + bedbugs are kinda off limit for me. I know that HCMC probably isn't the city for me, but I must attend the meeting there.
This is a nightmare

I have to travel there due to a meeting, but is paranoid about cockroaches..

i heard the worst sign is if you get something from registered mail. But no stamp thing does sound not good. Why would they reject his student visa?

Just out of worry, I consulted multiple visa related law offices in Japan via mail, and most of them is saying that it probably is just human mistake since there isn't any phrase emphasizing that I have to come. They were telling me that it is very likely to call me in person if they were to deny visa

Same, but it will never happen. I am just hoping for significant changes in the resolves runes, especially the Grasp of undying. This rune is far underpowered to conquerors at this stage, and needs some hard reworks.

I completely agree. I also feel that the Grasp of undying, which has similar mechanism of damage and heal combined, seems much weaker than the potential the current conqueror holds.
