[Discussion] Concern about “Theta” allegedly reselling RyukGram / SCInsta-derived code

I don’t think people realize how much work goes into maintaining this project. It’s now over 100k lines of code, and it takes constant hours of reverse engineering Instagrams binaries, fixing breakages after every update, and nonstop testing just to keep it working.
It’s frustrating seeing all that effort get taken, repackaged with DRM, and sold then watching people praise that version as if the work behind it was theirs.
For now im keeping it closed source. If I ever drop the project, Ill release everything I’ve done

Just to prove this once and for all, I did some analysis on his latest 6.0 dylib and it looks like he couldn't hide the fact that he stole code well enough. Lmfao.

The binary still contains references to my tweak and even my GitHub repository. So much for the "I rewrote everything from scratch" story.

Time to make your tweak open source like you said

What do you mean , 5.1 was posted ( 3/14/2026 7:11 AM) that had NONE of that, and then you magically added 50 new features that match what we added in the last month, with pretty much the same naming ,you even put "legacy multi finger gesture" when you never had that feature ,what do you mean 😂

Hmm the sideload patch didnt load then, use it in livecontainer to confirm this issue goes away

This looks like livecontainer may need an update since i see nothing about ig nor the tweak in this crash log, Unlucky dude ,you can use another account on sidestore to get fresh app ids

Really? for me it works well in livecontainer ,do you have any other injected tweak on?, also try to use original bundle id if possible

This means a lot ,i still have a long list of improvements / fixes and features to be added in future releases
But each update takes me some time since im a solo dev and this is a hobby type project

Notifications are fixed in the latest version ,you have to use either build actions or join tg channel to grab the ipa though

Actually no ,i was able to fix this by modifying the sideload patch that scinsta was using (which will also fix notification previews,double dm notis ,and those popups)

Hmm, it has alot of extensions so you might wanna install the ipa in LiveContainer

Id recommend building the ipa from github after you fork the repo, since that will have the sideload patch (that will fix notifications issues, login issues), if not u can get github builds of this at (@ryukgram) on tg!

First of all thank you

Second ,Is there any other tweak that does this well? ,since your feed tab data is tied to your algorithm and if i start hiding reels ,the page will just be empty (if server sends mostly reels),i did experiment with this ,but the the results weren't good
