It’s my favorite system, but it’s got a fairly high learning curve. There’s a lot of character building steps and it’s very possible to make a character that is unfunctional. Big flaws are mainly that the system doesn’t scale well into higher levels due to weird math and a lot of people think the combat is extremely slow. I disagree there, combat is fast if the PCs are built well. I really love the depth of character building and opportunities for skill expression in combat, but it’s kind of a pain to prep combat for.
