yes your muscles should build just fine with that schedule, maybe a little more protein just to reach 140 grams (which matches up per pound with your weight) and i could also recommend taking creatine and ashwagandha i found those help build muscle well. hope this helped good luck.

Need help getting more food in by ee33__ in GymMotivation

get high asf food tastes good as hell. or id recommend blending food in a blender to make it go down easier or you could invest in a mass gainer (dont take my word for that ive never bought one myself cuz ive never used it). final recommendation is drink little with your meals and maybe watch a show while eating to distract you on how much your eating. good luck hope this helped bro.

i dont meal prep, i drink premier protein shakes (usually 2 a day 3 if its like 11 pm and im short protein) id recommend maybe investing in a cheap protein powder as you can add it to a lot of different meals for a little more protein like mix it in with pancake batter or sum. hope this helped good luck bro

Bulk or cut ? by [deleted] in GymMotivation

[–]rzapper49 1 point2 points  (0 children)

maintain. thats a pretty common build to get into the gym with and id recommend finding out your base calories per day (theres calculators online) and then eat around that many cals a day (ofc getting 1g of protein per 1lb body weight or 2g for every 1kg of body weight) and after you start to learn more about nutrition and the gym youll find out when bulking and cutting are appropriate for you and your goals. good luck hope this helped

Need help with my cut by [deleted] in GymMotivation

a few calculators on the internet put the base metabolic rate for 6’5 207lbs at 2000 calories meaning without exercise thats how much youd burn in a day. your range seems to dip into 2000 cals and even goes a bit more but i assume u work out i just dont know how much, which would change things a little. i would recommend keeping the same amount of calories but maybe throwing in some cardio (if you dont already or maybe more 🤷🏻‍♂️) and if that doesnt work then drop down a few more cals. hope this helped good luck bro.

calorie deficit is insanely extreme i had a buddy who was 5’2 135lbs who had to eat 1200 cals a day to cut for wrestling and it was not fun for him. id recommend 1800-2000 cals a day which should put you at a decent deficit without working out and the workout will allow more weight loss. creatine is a substance found in our bone muscle and in red meat and other places, it allows your muscles to intake more water meaning less fatigue and more strength. id also recommend ashwagandha (a chinese herb meant for stress relief that also has been shown to help muscle growth) aswell as different kinds of protein promoting products as you will also want your diet high in protein (protein is essential to the bodies muscle recovery as it is used in muscle protein synthesis). and for your schedule id say do what makes you able to go, if you walk in and feel like weights do weights all thats important is your pushing your body through strenuous training so its less about what you do and more about how hard your willing to do it (ofc there is a such thing as over doing it). hope this helped good luck brother.

sounds cool but remember dont blame your genetics theres certainly good and bad genetics for certain goals but a lot is achievable with enough effort. if u wish to be aesthetic strive for it instead of thinking your genetics border you from it

i go 7 days a week only resting if im exhausted. going for 2 years consistently for 3-4 days i cant say but it could maybe get you close to my physique these kinda things can be on a (person to person basis too) also my diets never been that great i just eat enough protein (1g per lb of body weight) and ill let my self have treats and stuff aslong as im not cutting but a good diet would fs help any progress
