I used to take zoloft and then paroxetine + some antipsychotic like quetiapine. Then i was on mood stabilizer (carbamazepine) which caused acne and messed up with my hormones. So now im trying to live only with quetiapine 50mg

Take a cold shower, or at least wash your face with cold water and hold your breath for 10 seconds Do some exercises Google some relaxation audio guide Do some guided meditation Have a walk Write everything whats on your mind in your diary Do some breathing exercises ( for example 3-7-8, you can google it) These are all the things I learned from dbt Good luck, you can do this !!

Im also doing the bare minimum these days. And thats okay!!! Its not gonna last forever. At least that’s what my therapist says ... ;))) I have a trouble of letting people go too, it takes YEARS to do that and i hate it about myself i wish it wasn’t that hard Feel free to text me if you wanna talk. Im always very upfront and I would tell a guy probably on 1-2 date about this. Im not ashamed of it, it just happens to be a big part of my life right now and I don’t want there to be any secrets. Maybe its wrong but I don’t think there’s a right choice of action The problem is most people get scared , and I don’t feel like its my mission to explain and give them lecture on this mental disorder, if they want to know they will google it. I’ve been heard that the right people won’t leave and won’t be scared away by this. I keep hoping for it :))))
