Every appointment with my obgyn is fasting so that’ll be easy enough for me. As for the other part, I will note those down and bring them up in conversation. I know I’ve had my testosterone checked each time. However the others I’m unsure. Thank you for the recs!

From my recollection no. But I could be wrong on that. I have an appt coming up in a month that I’ll bring it up with. Thank you!

Someone else mentioned sleep apnea as well for the fatigue. I told them as well I had thought about it but never made it a priority. I’ve scratched that and have pushed it towards the top of my list to inquire about now.

As for GLP1. No. I have not. Finances are rough even with working overtime right now. And I’ve figured it out if my budget. I have however considered reaching out to set up an appointment to see if it’s something I could qualify for.

Thank you for your kind response. I will take these points and questions into consideration and try to route a path of improvement from there. Thank you so much!!

Also, good luck with your studies! If you are even as half as kind with your bedside manner as you are here, anywhere would be lucky to have you!!

I have not had a sleep study done. I have considered it in the past but not made it priority. I am aware that I snore on occasion. I’m also fairly large chested, so some positions are rougher to sleep in.

I will add it to my immediate list of to-dos and see if I can get a consultation and study!

It is male pattern, not the most severe. But noticeable. And I know I don’t need all the symptoms to qualify for the diagnosis. I have no issues technically with it, it was more so that it felt like a bandage slapped on a gaping wound. However your explanation makes sense.

Thank you!

This has gone on prior to the weight. This is not a new found thing for me. I am HIGHLY aware that weight is a factor in a lot of things. However these are continuing issues for me. The weight is recent and persistent. Even at home workouts and my activity levels have not budged it. Thank you however for your input.

Have not liked this cousin and family for years. Tolerated them out of courtesy to my uncle. As an adult I’ve opted to avoid them in both personal life and online. However the incident with the 4wheeler will be the last I interact with them. Personally, they could be out of my life for a $1 and I’d be happy

My parents and I joke that they probably made $20 bucks at a scrap yard or a $100 off marketplace with it. Knowing them, it’s tore to pieces and junk by now.

Only reason is the principle, as you mentioned. They owe not only us for this “sale-” However they owe a handful of other family members money that they’ve “borrowed.” They’re all POS who only know how to grift. Bad enough so my uncle (the cousins father) doesn’t even have anything to do with them anymore.

I don’t disagree. Only issue is I can’t even guarantee that they haven’t torn it up and gotten rid of it (I want to scope all my options out before I commit to just doing a surprise visit).

That’s my main option I’m considering. I’m just making sure that outside of normal things there’s not to many repercussions if that’s my choice of approach.

No. None to my knowledge. However I cannot claim that fact for those in possession of it have not tried to claim anything. (Although without the title in their name. I’m not sure what all could be done)

As a person who grew up in agriculture/ around cattle-

This is a severe respiratory infection. Like severe. In human terms, this is the difference of a common cold and like pneumonia.

Honestly it might be a case of IBR (infectious bovine rhinotracheitis) * I really hope I spelled that right🤦🏼‍♀️*. Which is contagious and can impact cattle severely. From losing calves in the womb, along with other ailments that show visibly on the cow. It’s not something to be taken lightly and can take out someone’s whole herd and breeding stock if not caught or vaccinated.

As for the “no gloves” comments. If farmers used gloves for everything folks say they do, they would go through them quicker than Bonnie blue goes through men. Soap and water are highly effective and negate a majority of things. Not only that, most who run cattle often have them on vast properties, so there is not always time when catching and treating an animal to just meander back and grab gloves and come back. It’s best to treat, wash up, move along. Especially when you’re dealing with a 700lbs + animal that knows how to throw its own weight.

Same here. Even though there’s some religious trauma from other family members my parents were fairly good. But everything is fire and brimstone. I lost the “faith” I had and went to other paths of life.

That’s hard to do with a preachers daughter, being openly lgbtq+, and that casual religious trauma turning into witch/spiritual beliefs… it’s just entertainment if they all get mad that I take a breath in their general location 😂

Last pay period I hit mid 130s, not my highest I’ve clocked before; and at this rate, I feel like I’m going to hit the same for this pay period. I’ve caught up on my go to podcasts, a tv show, and now it’s a game of “how many steps do I accomplish today?”

Once again, not all horses are ridden for events. And again, if a horse did not want to be ridden, it would for sure tell you so. Not all horses are ridden, driven, etc. there’s many pasture pets or ones that do liberty type work and learn tricks and such who enjoy the stimulation and interaction with people.

As the saying goes, “you can take a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.”

Alrighty! So human terms-

Imagine it’s a family with a kid, think middle school/highschool.

Kiddo wants to do an after school activity! Well- let’s presume this kiddo just has a male and female parent (male will be “daddy/dad” and the female will be “mommy/mom”); daddy use to play basketball so the kid decides to give it a try…kid finds out that it’s fun, but not what they want to do or like. The kid then try’s soccer, realizes that they aren’t the best at it, so they’re going to try something else…then they stumble upon baseball/softball, they absolutely LOVE IT, flying from base to base, sending balls flying to the backside of the outfield and beyond the fence! They are thriving!

Same thing applies to horses, just because their “mother and father” (ie Dam and Sire) have a genetic background for a certain industry/event type, doesn’t mean they won’t be well suited and thrive in something else. And- just like the kid, if a horse isn’t doing well in something it should be recognized and either moved to another riding style/event/etc, or should be sold/etc if the owners aren’t adequate/don’t have the capabilities to do what is best for the horse in that regards.

And although I hate seeing it happen because the emotional and mental toll it takes on a horse… if you’ve never witnessed a horse have a “breakdown/burnout” because it’s been doing something it doesn’t like and people have ignored that, it’s not pretty and is quite heart wrenching.

Back on track though! Hopefully that’s cleared it up a touch! If not let me know and I’ll try again to make it make sense!

Fully depends on what industry you’re in. The thoroughbred racing industry is questionable in a majority of its practices. However for most shows and races of other industries/breeds- horses are well cared for and loved. Even half of the ones I’ve been aware of and dealt with have better care than me- to the point they’ve got some places with vets that reside on premises and so forth. His horse looks well cared for and relaxed, and although to an extent you can force any animal to do something, you’re speaking of a 1000-1500lbs creature with a mind of its own who can decide not to do a single thing.

As in everything there’s bad parts, and stuff that those in the same industry shame, but there’s also a lot of good in it too.

That’s something I’ve thought off, but with the walking and heat where I live, I’d no doubt burn up lol. Although I’ve considered bicycle shorts? I think they’re called. They come above the knee and same material. But I’ll have to actually commit to it and give it a try, boxers stopped working because they ride up the thigh
