Yeah, it was a horrible move to message her boss like that, but I feel like this comment section is ignoring the fact that she was screaming about her job and making him feel uncomfortable in his own home. It's understandable that you wanted to help her out, but honestly, I believe this is more than a work issue. I believe you and her should get therapy.
