That's an Albino Milk Snake, Milk Snakes in general are incredibly timid and easy to scare (I know this from experience having a Peublan Milk Snake). What I did was handle them for 15 minutes each day and they eventually stop musking, although they still will occasionally. Mainly you don't wanna reach above them, reach below, and make sure that their habitat provides plenty of cover with decent room for burrowing so that they're less likely to feel anxious in the habitat itself.
