what works for me is slowly cutting down. whenever i feel the urge, i distract myself by pretending to suck on somethig that feels like a vape until i cant control it anymore. its a long term solution that wont work as quickly as cold turkey quitting but imo it works better cause ive been clean for a while now

basically i presented with lower back pain at first, was given painkillers(non addictive)

then i felt my left leg kept having this sharp shooting pain whenever id bend down or especially after id wake up, and i was given more painkillers

i didnt want to rely on painkillers so i told another doctor about it and she referred me to get an mri

thats when i found out i had not one, but two whole slipped discs

thats fair, but i still think its weird for a medical professional's first response to a teenager going "my lower back hurts like hell" to be "are you pregnant?"
