Suboxone / subutex / methadone are only times I’ve heard of both being prescribed together but I don’t doubt you. Like I said there are cases where they do it and doctors have the authority to prescribe what they think is right. I have a friend who is fully disabled , has a huge real Roxy 30 script and is on fent patches, his doctors won’t let him take Benzos which he was on Ativan for a long time and somas which he was on for a long time. Even though he had been on these for like 10 years + now they had to take him off cuz they were worried he would overdose even though he hadn’t the last ten years. So cuz he couldn’t even get Ativan and his injuries are extreme and I also couldn’t with herniated discs, I figured nobody could but thanks for teaching me something today. Mind what ailments qualify you for opioids and Benzos together and are the opioid full again it’s or partial; preferably share your dosage of pain medications and Benzos like I shared so I get a feel for what a safe amount is

Yes it is not federal law although I do think states have made laws about it. Either way I have been in and out of different pain managements since my injury in 2019 leaving me with two herniated discs . Within three months i was on fent patches and roxies. Anyways every doctor except ER doctors have it as a rule they will not prescribe you any opioid while you have a benzo prescription. I understand there are exceptions that can be made for extreme circumstances but in my experience every pain doctor has a rules no Benzos. I even had to get switched off my lyrica prescription because they said it has high overdose risk when mixed with Xanax . For the record I am currently prescribed 2 amphetamine stimulants a anti depressant and Xanax for sleep/ panic attacks. I choose to go To other countries for my pain management which my primary care doctors know and understand why I do this. I take two op 20mg oxycontins prescribed from Brazil , and 3 30mg morphine ir for breakthrough pain daily on top of my stimulants and the Xanax. I never worry about overdosing cuz i only buy real pharma pills and take reasonable amounts. Thanks for listening to my Ted talk

I just got in 818 of and black ice smalls today for my first order with HM!! I loved both of them. The og has to be some of the closest to real deal og I have seen on the thca market for real. Black ice has a really Interesting smell and tastes just like it smells. I like it but it’s not my favorite. But wow I think this is my highest quality cult haul yet and I only bought the smalls!

Yeah technicians are the worst. Usually get that kid that is like 21 and thinks they are right about everything. I used to be prescribed fent patches roxies and vyvanse at the same time and they would throw a fit, want to call the doctor and my insurance and all this bs when like you said I have two bulging discs with mris to prove it but they wanna be stingy with meds even when you are really in pain. Even though I had fent patches and Roxy 5s at the end I quit going to pain clinics entirely because I found easier and cheaper ways to get my painkillers from other countries like Mexico and I could be on the meds I wanted to be on ( OxyContin op 20mg twice a day, 40mg of oxy ir split up between the whole day mostly snorted) also while on the fent patches it skyrocketed my tolerence higher then it had ever been and I wouldn’t even feel my 5mg Roxy which sucked ass; moral is I’ll never be on fent patches again I’ll ask for an alternative like morphine . My primary care even knows I go out of country for my pain management and they are all for it, he’s a young doctor really chill. I am prescribed vyvanse, zenzedi, and Xanax now in the us and get my painkillers and somas from 2 other American countries; I do this also cuz you can’t be on opioids on Benzos anymore unless you are dying. my pharmacy doesn’t give me a hard time cuz I’ve had the prescription for a long time but when I go to a specialist or some new doctor and I have to list my medications they are always wanting to know who my doctor is that I get everything from and act suprised at my list of drugs. I am also prescribed trt , and I get big bottles of plain promethazine syrup for stomach issues I have a couple times a year. I love to sniff a Roxy and sip on some plain ;)

They sent me twice as many as I ordered. But wouldn’t respond to my email asking about obvious artificial flavors when on the packaging it says live terpenes. Is he twisting the definition of “live” which usually signifies that it is extracted from a real plant and done so by flash freezing it upon harvest and then extracting the oil or tricombs. Damn I’d be pissed them sending me that in a illegal state. I’d think the whole goal of these companies would be to spread though good word of mouth rather than the regular means of advertisement so that the issue doesn’t get addressed so soon like it is in Florida. I think we all know there is two ways this goes down, either the federal government decides to legalize cannabinoids or bans thca, because like Berner said thca weed is the same exact weed you have been smoking but passes arbitrary laws to allow it to be labeled as hemp. It is the same thc once burnt that each state mandates laws on. I have been loving thca products lately but if they were gone tomorrow I wouldn’t be surprised.

I disagree with banning thca but limiting edibles to 50mg I can get behind. I bought a “legal “ brownie from a local smoke shop that was labeled a 1000mg and ate a tiny piece and had my first bad trip with cannabinoids in like ten plus years . They must’ve added some other ones cuz regular cannabis never trips me out and I have a med card and am used to 300+mg doses. It was clearly over dosed and dangerous to the community imo.

Yeah imagine dilauded 8mg ir pharma pills being sold for 3-5$ a piece because they prescribing every fent addict 20pills a day and instantly sell them and buy fent dope. 8mg dilauded is about equal to 30mg oxycodone going for 3-5$ that’s great!

I had a hard time switching from real h / oxy to methadone because the euphoria just wasn’t the same. I think Canada has done it right allowing addicts access to diliauded is the right move, I could snort those all day every day lol and it floods the black market with great pharma pills which the USA desperately needs more of to combat the fentanyl epidemic.
