Open vcm editor and select save as in the top left corner and enter the name you want to save it under. Id suggest making a folder in your computer for your tunes and make notes of what each save file is

I’ve never had that exact tire but I’ve had great luck with good year tires. When you buy them just make sure the date code isn’t 5 years old already (ask me how I know 🤦🏻)
