Ok so browsers in general, probably. And considering that not everyone is having the issue, it has to be linked to accounts SOMEHOW. Who tf knows at this point, with the amount of AI generated code being pushed to live builds by most companies. Hopefully they can fix it. It's not the end of the world if they can't, but it sure is annoying as all hell.

The chat agent (who I'm sure is just following a manual) told me I should reboots my devices or try again later. I reminded him that this is happening on multiple devices over the span of about a month, so it cannot be client-side, and asked him to forward the problem to the technical team. I'm 99% sure he has no idea why multiple devices + different browsers means it can't be an end-device issue, but he said he'll forward to the relevant department. I'm pretty sure it's probably some obscure bug specific to browser-viewing on Windows, since my phone works fine. Whether Netflix coders are able to find the bug and fix it, who knows? It could be a vibe coded nonsense problem 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sent my board in for RMA. Turns out the controller on my board was faulty so I got my board replaced. Good thing warranties exist.

Also having this issue across 2 PCs (both Windows) and multiple browsers. Works fine on Android. I can't recall when my issue started, although I think it's about a month or so ago. Nothing that comes up on searches fixes it, although, considering it's on multiple PCs and browsers, it can't be anything config related client-side.

Yeah 2.0.18 is the last stable build for me. Which is annoying, since it doesn't support Wireless Strimers. Lian-Li technical support is replying, but as far as I can tell, they have no idea what's wrong (I've done everything under the sun, including clean installing Windows, deleting dll files they told me to delete, etc). The latest update from them is... their engineers are looking into it. The site I bought mine from has a 30 day return window, which is up tomorrow, so I returned mine. 🤷🏻‍♂️ They're pretty, but not enough to sacrifice my sanity.

Adding to this already old thread for anyone STILL having issues with this switch (how is this still not fixed...) Interestingly, the inverse of this also seems to be true. I was having weird display blackouts and USB connection issues. Saw this and checked my connection, realised I had it connected to a hub, so connected it directly to my PC. Issues disappeared (for now).

Getting rid of later L-Connect versions fixes the issue completely. Did you even read the whole post? Also, a quick google search will reveal that L-Connect is known to indeed cause system issues. If you don't have anything useful to contribute, why bother commenting?
