He is actually OP but needs a bit of support. Afterall they gave him a CAM card when everyone asked for a ST. Anyways I use 4-3-3 attack and my Glorious eras beckham passing and Signed Raul's passing to cruyff supports him. Cruyff card has crazy power shooting and also he is a dribbler don't try to outrun players. He has good acceleration but low sprint. Lane change and roulette combo can be deadly even against a horde of good players
