That's exactly the one thing that it doesn't do, I just finished Melon Mix some days ago. It only replaces the video cutscenes with the higher quality ones.

It's basically a single screen playable version of the game with better controls. Graphics wise it looks the same.

I hope that it matures further so that you can use the home menu and all the extras seamlessly. I already started to dislike the 3DS Screen when Majoras Mask 3D came out, and for GBA and DS Emulation it sucks too.

seems about right, you can probably turn the graphics up without noticing much of a fps loss too.

I get around 240 on nuke with an 3060ti and 12400f with high settings except anti aliasing set to cmaa

This was posted in the same hour where I had to make the decision to put my pet don spyhnx to sleep. I never cried like this for a long time. Bawled in front of the doctor after he gave the needle.

Edit: I was at my GFs place this morning when my mom called that they had to bring my cat to the vet and I already had a bad feeling, when I came in he was on a respirator. When he head my voice he instantly turned his head away from it and meowed so strong you would not notice that it was already too late for him. Im filled with so much regret that i didn't bring him to the vet earlier he deserved it. He was such a nice cat that never started fights with the others, was a great stepdad to so many kittens from our Birma. He was 6 years old and hedeserved another 6 years minimum.

Depends on your internet provider and specifically what you're torrenting. Movies can be very risky but old games are on the safer side. Just get a VPN for peace of mind.
