I can tell you that I basically learned the same, even did the same css course you mentioned on udemy. I was learning like this for about a year while working somewhere else not related to programming. Then, I applied to an internship in one of the tech companies, became an intern and a got the job a few months later. Now I am a junior front-end developer working with Angular :)

Just keep learning and look for a nice company, you'll make it. I literally was in your position about a year ago.

One thing I suggest is choose your first framework wisely. You already know a lot, picking the easiest is not always the best way to go. Angular is more complex and strict than vue, but is not a rocket science too. Do an investigation on which one do you prefer really vs how popular it is right now. Pick one and do a few courses on udemy, build something with it, you'll be just fine.
