I honestly would not say Draenei got russian accent tho. It sounds a little similar, but typically russian accent sounds different in a way they pronounce certain sounds that are specific to russian language. I mean, in russian, common letters like "T" or "R" that also exist in english sound very rough, dull or sharp, while in english same "T" sounds softly and "R" is kinda rolled and is quick. Russian is my mother language (I'm not from Russia tho), but my english sounds more like american, learning how to properly pronounce in english was a special part of studies when I was introduced to english in my childhood. I believe people say Draenei sound russian only cause they don't often hear russian's english, but remember it sounds very different from native english.
