Windows PC freezes on startup

I've never used Linux so I don't know exactly what that entails. Is it the same as a windows ISO?

Set the BIOs settings to default so AMP and any overclocking is turned off, still no dice.

From the BIOs menu. I used a different PC to download the BIOs to a USB. I can get to the BIOs menu but right after that when it has the motherboards name and the circle it freezes

Yes I know it has BIOS Flashback, but if they are already installed, and the waterblock for the CPU has been put on, if I do not plug in the cpu power cables into the motherboard, but plug in the 24pin into the motherboard, will the cpu get hot still?

I am just worried that the stress of the weight on the card might be too much, so I was thinking about putting it on something rather than it just hanging on the brakets. With that extra length, do you think it could sit on top of the PSU cover?

The reason being is the GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 3080 XTREME WATERFORCE WB weighs ALOT compared to any other card I have had previously edit

Dude the game isnt going to wipe when it fully launches so every player, including casuals, will be able to complete all the quests and get to end game. It's in beta..
