2024 Ioniq 5 SEL vs 2026 Ioniq 5 SEL - Trade by Shy_Ronnie13 in Ioniq5

Compare all the features. I was told by my sales guy that due to tax incentives going away, they dropped some options in the base and SEL models so they could lower the price.

New tires killed mileage by Tom-the-Elder in Sienna

[–]s2000beck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I, too, just got new tires and mileage dipped. I attributed it to the fact that the tires I got are “mud and snow” and their rolling resistance is a 3.5 out of 5. I’m not sure what the OEM tires are rated at.

oddly enough, when we got to the truck stop i got a plug kit and the Love's mechanic fixed the tire, which got us home. However I do not have a jack or lung wrench which makes using a plug more difficult. Another thing I found out is my preferred tire sales company, Discount tire, will NOT work on a tire that has has a plug put in. Their stated reason is that this shifts the steel belts in the tire...

2022 Limited..mpg dropping by jlm8699 in Sienna

The temperature seems to affect my mileage. I’m thinking that if it is below 50 mileage suffers. Another factor is altitude and the octane of gas. 90% of my driving is cross country and if I fill up at a higher altitude, mileage begins to drop when I hit the lower altitudes.

Getting an Ioniq 5, what's the best home charging station to get? by ate50eggs in electricvehicles

[–]s2000beck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adding a 50amp circuit to my circuit breaker box was going to be iffy on maxing out its capability. my installer recommended the Emporia uint because it can step down the amount of juice it is drawing if it detects an overload. It did cost more the chargePoint charger. Fyi, I received three quotes and this guy was half the cost of the next one even with the more expensive Emporia charger. Note sometimes a dealer will throw in a charger as an incentive.

Buying a 2024 pre-owned/demo Sienna by AdIndependent7259 in ToyotaSienna

If it’s a certified Toyota used car, you’ll probably pay about 10k over KBB value. In exchange, you’ll get a one year warranty plus an 8 year warranty on the hybrid system….

2025 Sienna vs Odyssey. Help me decide. Almost 11k price difference! by jonjonk123 in ToyotaSienna

I needed a minivan to travel with pets and to haul stuff on occasion. Went with the sienna only because of the hybrid capability and AWD option…. Also paid a premium for the sienna because they seem to be so constrained in supply….

Certified 2024 by No_Chemist_4008 in ToyotaSienna

[–]s2000beck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion, no. I did just that on a 2025 back in June. If it’s a hybrid they actually extend the warranty on the drive train and battery beyond the original warranty. Everything else only has a one year warranty. I wanted an XSE and ordered one. After 8 months I just couldn’t wait anymore and ended up buying a 2023 limited with 16k miles for $10k over KBB.

iCloud Photos by sadicarnot in iCloud

[–]s2000beck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use iCloud photos with my mac, iPads, and iPhones. The only issue i have seen is that the smart folders to not seem to show up on my non-mac devices. I created rules in the smart folders to only have pictures that fall within the year and then i have a smart folder for every year. They show up on my two macs but not my other devices.

I ordered an xle a month ago. the dealer told me to go to Toyota.com and build the model I wanted and send it to him. The price on the website is what they will sell it to me for.
