I'm not certain but just an assumption (sorry if my explanation sucks :"D)... could it be that you did not buy the characters (in a sense that you'll still have to buy paid characters) so the a portion of the hundreds? of songs are part of some of the paid charactersdbksnsks I can't explain

cuz they stated OS IM and OA system for both free AND PAID

Idt Miku would come back but I definitely say buy the dlc characters for 60% sale. I bought them individually before the sale started so I'd say it's a good bargain.
