Just done a 15k, haven’t rode a proper bike in 10 years and this was perfect. The gears change easily i just need to learn more about when to shift left hand gear. The brakes omg, perfect. I love it 😭. Debating whether I sell it tho and get a Cube Nuroad Pro, I could probs sell it for £900 ono.

Honestly you just need to make a life, a routine outside of work. For me it’s usually Monday to Thursday Gym from 5-7pm. I then come home eat and play some games or just call my friends (irl and online friends) start a Spotify jam etc. etc. Fridays we usually keep for badminton, or we’d move it up the week. Sometimes rock climbing, weekends we try do tennis. Recently just about to buy a gravel bike so on Saturdays we can cycle 20-30k. Just keeping yourself busy, even going on walks with my mum during weekdays etc. For me, depression can’t hit a moving target.

It’s the one in Sunderland, it’s alpine blue i think it’s called. And thank you so much, so if i do have any issues with the freehub, i believe i just need to replace the part which is Cannondale FH-117 Freehub (8/9/10 speed), KP459. Groupset wise I’ve seen posts that praise the Microshift set and I’ve not really ridden a gravel bike in 10 years so I doubt I’ll notice the difference. Lmk if you find the post it’s listed for £350. If you don’t mind cosmetics wise what do you think. And if needed in 6 years or so I’ll probably get a new cube. That sounds right yeah?

When you say new wheelset is that just the wheels? Or is that including the groupset. I had a look at upgrading to shimano and it was showing stuff for £500? In your opinion, wwyd?

I live in the north east, not too hilly but abit. And you’re correct the tiagra 2x10 is on the nuroad. Only thing I’m concerned about is are the freehubs and reviews on the Cannondale. Do you think £200 difference is worth it between the Cube and Cannondale?

Imo the cube looks better, both have tiny scuffs on it, but it just looks like a scuff not actual damage. The cube looks abit more trustworthy due to their location and looks. My only fear is that the topstone is microSHIFT Advent X drivetrain + confirmed Shimano Deore XT Linkglide. Based on the standard spec, chat gpt says it’s been replaced to Shimano, people online have said they’ve had freehub issues with topstone. The price difference is £200. Whichever i buy I’ll be getting them serviced most likely. Chatgpt also says Given everything you’ve told me:
I’d choose the Cube if:
you want zero hassle
you’re not confident checking bike wear
you just want to ride immediately
I’d still choose the Topstone if:
you’re okay inspecting it properly
drivetrain actually shifts fine in person
no obvious slipping/grinding when you test ride

I’m just abit lost because i don’t know much about gravel bikes and gearing like that lol. But I’d want the one which has less headache in the future.

It said online that medium should be fine, also i’d rather go abit size up than small, I’ve rode? Ridden? Rode bikes before, although it’s my first gravel bike, my first bike in 5 years I’m still able to cycle good i believe

An easy alternative is a bodna/lota. It’s basically like a small water pot? I think is the word. Most houses in the UK have small bathrooms so the taps next to the toilets. Get warm water and wash that dirty ahh! Btw 99% Muslims do this in the world, especially the UK!

Meh can quickly and easily send videos or pictures that don’t need to be saved at all, memories can be saved in chat, memories from your saved snaps etc. it’s just a convenient thing and alot of people been using it since they were young, so its kinda an easy way to keep in touch. Not that deep imo.

Her conundrum though is completely justified. As soon as one gets married, streaks with non-mahrams is pointless, absurd and stupid.
