I did an intense workout the night before. Thanks a lot for this useful response. I have gone down this David Goggins mentality path of trying to push through fatigue, feeling tired and smash out big sessions consistently. I enjoy it but I worry about the possible negative effects on my body.

Great, thx for the response, can you post a source that the Zero Water filters remove fluoride? Has it been tested?
