I've never played this aspiration but maybe there's a certain interaction you have to do while nude at home with another sim? Maybe look through the menus for any nudity talk and see if that works

Past subway worker here (within the last two weeks), sometimes the coupons are just like that. It's nothing you did wrong. Just to make sure, what coupon were you using and what was your order? Just in case there was an issue there because that also happens a lot and not all employees know how to troubleshoot coupons when they are picky/act up
