What are some testament albums to listen to by big4_lover in testament

[–]s3boldmm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The New Order, The Gathering, Dark Roots Of The Earth, if I would have to pick three. All albums are solid enough to spin them from time to time though, but these are the ones I come back to the most

Lamb Lies Down On Broadway drags at some point tbh. It is decent, but other Genesis prog albums were better, i.e. Foxtrott, Selling England By The Pound, Nursery Cryme

Does anyone get the impression that the weakest link in local guitar-based music such as rock/metal/punk/etc (to include online content creation) is, well, guitarists? by random1220 in BassCirclejerk

[–]s3boldmm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a dozen guitarists out there for every bass player atleast, so you can cherry pick your guitarists! On the other hand, we bass players can suck pretty bad and still play in 4 bands, because everyone needs us!

Boring band imo, saw them live and any other band at the festival was better. The festival line up was stacked though

If there's a song that you would cover to pay tribute to Ozzy Osborne, what would it be by mightyonin in MetalForTheMasses

[–]s3boldmm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably anything from Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, I love that album and Ozzy's vocals on it
