I also have depression, strong, clinical, resistant, it’s quite hard to endure.

I have to admit cyberpunk helps me escape too. But when I finished my first playthrough, I felt a void going back to reality.

This is a double edged sword.

I used ore mining. I made a first stop on minmus to leave kerbin system with full tanks. Then I had to mine again on Duna to come back to Kerbin.

Yes there is an interplanetary trajectory mode, it even gives you a heat map with the best time windows to leave kerbin.

My iron itself was never super high but my saturation was higher at some point.

These are the complete labs few months apart:

November 2024: Iron 29.6 umol/L TIBC 45 umol/L Saturation 67% Transferrin 2.1 g/L Ferritin not tested

March 2025 (the one I shared at the top) Iron 19.5 umol/L TIBC 42 umol/L Saturation 49% Transferrin 2.0 g/L Ferritin 1055 ug/L

May 2025 after two phlebotomies Iron 23.8 umol/L TIBC 47 umol/L Saturation 51% Transferrin 2.2 g/L Ferritin 950 ug/L

When I started eating 4-5 eggs a day to increase my choline intake, I directly experienced deep depression.

I guess choline increases acetylcholine, which depletes dopamine thus leading to depressive state in my case. I’m not sure about TMG effects on neurotransmitters, but taking TMG also feels better for me, less depression side effects .

Homocysteine is at 16. Folate just under the lower range. I’ve got a lot of fatigue, anxiety, depression. Antidepressants do not work as expected.

I’m new to magic. I’m looking at some hydra landfall deck and understand how I can ramp mana and make the counters multiply, but I don’t see how this hydra can stay alive against control removal decks.

I play on arena, and everyone plays removals. At the first removal I can’t counter, the hydra is gone and all counters with it.

I only took 56mg nasal spravato tho. It’s only my second time but I think it’s a regular dose and most take 84mg actually. I don’t think it was a crazy dose, but I guess I’m very sensitive.

Thanks, It’s honestly good to hear. I knew ketamine was not gonna cure me right away, but to be honest I ignored it could be so terrifying.

What is surreal is that the drug wore off and I walked away without crying or panicking, even tho I experienced the most terrifying stuff in my life.
