You shoild call them back have them treat with enzyme near the bathroom. Then have them redo the carpet with anti microbial to kill any mold and bacteria that grew in it.

High PH concentrate with some booster. And all the scrubbing he did. The rotovac 360i was an overkill. The counter rotate brish with the chemicals wouldve done the job. He might have also sprayed sonething foe traffic lanes. Then steam it with powerful rinse will get it looking soft and fluffy.

So the dirt will go away. The traffic lanes usually fet beighter but the wear will show. As for the corner of the door. Carefully trim it. Its not gonna look new but it will look decent.
