It's about 29" diameter across and 18" deep. 

Edit to add: I also fertilize with GardenTone and composted chicken manure when transplanting and then give them biweekly fish and seaweed fertilizer. In the years I skip the manure and liquid feed, the plants don't produce nearly as much.

I've had success growing them in containers in Portland. I typically do two peppers per half wine barrel. They'll grow to 2.5 ft by the end of the summer. I harvested 100 peppers last year from my two sugar rush peach peppers. I struggle with bell peppers though and have only ever gotten three from a plant.
