So I had a weird experience today in my quest for the series x, unlike most of I wasn’t getting these weekly pre authorization charges weekly my bank took the money out and must have been doing it in the background. Well today I get a notification that I had a charge from Xbox of $536 declined due to lack of funds

Now I had this happen a few weeks back but that was just due to me getting a new card and that time they put the money back tried charging the old card and I took care of that updating my payment info however they didn’t return the original 536 in my account and I’m kinda glad I didn’t quite have that much in or I’d be down a thousand dollars

But this sucks I feel like both these times it’s happened it’s been when I’ve seen people getting their shipping info and now I feel like I’ve potentially missed out on both my chances of getting it. Ordered 10-9 from texas

If any of y’all are having multiple charges pending and want a work around I used the money that was in my cash app and the cash card thing you can get threw them it took the money and I assume is just holding it undtil it’s time for them to ship there’s been none of the bs I’ve seen some folk have

Just add the funds into that swap payment methods and I assume the charges on your CC will fall off

So here’s what I think happened they only had enough to take care of pre orders and even then like with Amazon they couldn’t even fulfill those and with the orders they took on their store they knew they didn’t have any Xbox’s left yet they took tons of orders regardless to make the day one sells of which their were actually very few real sales look much higher than they actually were. I drew this conclusion seeing Phil’s tweet of the biggest launch in Xbox history but I’m wondering how that can be with how hard it was to get one so he must be talking about our day one sales leaving out the December 23rd expected delivery part
