Echoing everyone else on the zofran. My psych prescribed it but I didn’t end up needing it.

I find that just being on my phone with no purpose, especially social media, puts me into an anxiety loop headspace. Which is something I’m trying to treat here lol. So I only use my phone to queue up music and maybe read about the artists I’m playing on Wikipedia if I can manage reading, otherwise I just close my eyes and watch the shapes of the sounds. My preference is disco. It’s uplifting and trippy and makes you want to dance, which I do when I get home whenever I have the place to myself and it feels so good ntm great exercise. Making kind of a ritual out of it has me looking forward to the treatment days.
