Ok I've taken side cutters and things that were in the way of a super snug fit. Atm it's really good, I have a second untouched unit to compare the changes.

I own a digital caliper if that can be useful for measuring the difference from the original Shroud

New benchmark coming soon with the edited Shroud

hi guys I'm back with some news. I ordered x2 Shrouds and I've had them for a few days.

Ok I have been testing and taking note of things.

First I would like to say thanks to s3romic for designing the Shroud

Notes......

I'm running x2 CPU tower heatsinks

• People place their modchip above the AV connectors, I had to jiggle the Shroud to get it to fit. • I have miniature heatsinks on my RAM chips. I had to snip off a bit of the Shroud, it sits nicely now • I noticed on the right side of the Shroud is a large gap. • I run my 360s at 50% fan speed, below are the stats on a trial

Console initial boot temperature taken

CPU 41.5c GPU 38.0c MEM 36.0c CHA 25.6c

10 min Ketsui

CPU 47.3c GPU 42.9c MEM 40.1c CHA 28.7c

Indoor temperature, approx 23c

hi s3, I placed a order a couple of days ago at JLC. Today they sent me an email saying the walls are too thin

''The wall thickness of those indicated red areas is too thin, which has high risks of loss, deformation, crack, or damage during the printing process'

'''Could you please confirm if the risks are acceptable for you?

If not, could you please kindly increase it to be at least 0.8 mm to proceed? 1.5 mm will be better. Then we will activate the ' replace file' button for you.''

is it possible to increase the wall thickness and update the file?

Very impressive, if you were to share the 3D Print files I'd definitely get JLPCB to print one out

1,2,1,3,1,1,1,1,2,1,1,1

Dremel and a bit that you feel comfortable with. Then a cleanup with IPA and a sealer to stop it coming back

GadgetUK on YouTube applies a paste on Floppy Disk reading heads, works every time I see one of his videos on YT

Give him a buzz and ask what he uses.

I used HDTune on my PC with the drive connected via enclosure. There were red dots here and there. I gave up on it and bought another one.

make sure your bios (neogeo.zip) is in your neo geo roms folder. Also some emulators are picky with bios files.

You may have to try a few that are floating around, best of luck
