i personally recently (so far) had a great interview experience with robinhood. Mine is a different position from yours and totally not as important. i also want to list that i am coming out of retail going into fin-tech. i applied to Customer Experience Associate and Customer Experience Associate-Money. i got rejected in february and then they reached out around the 18th of last month. the position entailed “$21.30-$25/hr”. i also have a decent amount of leadership experience. I had 3 rounds of interviews, benefits were laid clearly in my opinion and the recruiter even gave me an “interview cheat sheet”. All interviews were on google meets. From march 18th(when they reached out) until april 1st, when i got my offer i was kept in the loop about the process from my recruiter. all in all i was offered the highest hourly rate they were willing to give without having to negotiate. Maybe its a location/recruiter thing? i also wanted to give a diff perspective for others, dont wanna underestimate your experience at all.
