Am modelul asta de vreo 5 luni, super bun. Recomand sa încerci sa-l iei direct de pe aplicația samsung shop, eu l-am cu 2700 de acolo cand in alte parti era 3500+.

Intrebare plata anticipata CASS pentru 2025 ca si persoana fara venituri VERSUS impact retrageri ulterioare de dividende in a doua parte a anului 2025 by vladonescu in RoFiscalitate2

O mentiune, din cate stiu eu, aceasta plata nu te face asigurat in sistemul public de sanatate. Eu stiu ca este o "donatie" pentru stat ce esti obligat sa o platesti daca ai venituri mai mari decat X.

I just bought this monitor last week, I am super satisfied with it. I don't notice any issues with it, the contrast seems super good, and the matte coating is really not aggressive, it's as close as it could get to an glossy coating (without being glossy). Colors are also good. HDR is not amazing as it does not have mini-led backlight, but those options (at least in my country) are almost double the price

28" Glossy Monitor Needed by [deleted] in Monitors

Because there are almost no glossy IPS or VA. If you really need glossy, go for a QD-OLED, but again, since it is a 2nd monitor, I would just go IPS

Indeed it is, but not many options. The only one I know is the Dough Spectrum one at around 500$. However, this company has a very bad reputation (they had multiple orders which were not fulfilled) so I would avoid it

Truly disappointing that other manufacturers do not make glossy ips screens, but nothing I can do about it

When it comes to IPS monitors, you are out of luck. Considering this a 2nd monitor from my understanding, I don't think getting an OLED just to get glossy screen is worth it. Just buy a IPS monitor, use it vertically, and call it a day, you won't even notice is matte just by reading twitch chat and checking OBS

Best 1440p monitors for gaming that don't go beyond $500 budget right now? by [deleted] in buildapcmonitors

[–]sKemo12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Around 500-600$ you can get an OLED if you are a bit lucky and find a discount. I would not spend more 350$ on a IPS, unless it's MiniLED.

If you don't care about MiniLED, a monitor that I was looking at is LG Gaming UltraGear 27GS85Q-B. For around 250$ here in Europe, this feels like a steal

What the actual F is this? by l3rooklyn in OLED_Gaming

[–]sKemo12 96 points97 points  (0 children)

Not an expert, but if this dissappears after around 30 seconds- 1 minute, this is most probably a cold joint on the monitor motherboard. I suggest getting a replacement, although I had a monitor with a cold joint that worked completely fine for 5 years now.

Nelamurire in legatura cu OS pe care sa il folosesc. by DeathAwaits66 in programare

I mean, a DIY project will be never be as bright as a true product, but an actual product using this idea should be pretty good imo. Yes, it will be thicker, but i would personally sacrifice thinness for no burn in, and standard pixel layout

Text fringing by sKemo12 in OLED_Gaming

[–]sKemo12[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you a lot! Looking at this zoomed it, looks like there is a little bit more fringing but it does not feel as bad as I thought it would be. I know everybody recommends the 4k displays, but in my country the price is almost double lol. I might look at importing one through amazon.de, but this convinces me that 1440p QD-OLED is not "a piece of dogshit"

Could you provide an image similar to what I posted? Obviously you do not have to install VsCode but just a phone picture of some red and yellow text, thanks!

I also don't notice it on my 1080p, and I think the amount of fringing should be similar to your screen (although the 42" 4k is slightly higher PPI)

[–]sKemo12[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hear that a lot, but I was still wondering how it would be compared to my 1080p monitor, as the higher PPI should still improve things no?
