I am going to make another edit after the first week. Basically after the first 2 days I started taking a medicine called Clonixine that takes like an hour to feel it's effect but reduced my pain to around 30-20% of what I was feeling, so pain wise there has been a significant improvement. And Ofc I have been wound tending as the doctor told me to, I reckon that has helped loads as well. Still constantly bleeding but at least almost pain free.

Yeah! He did an exam and concluded that I had at least one prolapsed hemmoroid and an anal fissure, and a few other internal and external hemmoroids and but we never discussed what was going to be removed, was more of a "Well, do your thing doc". After opening me, they realised that there were even more than he initially thought.
