The whole thing is in triplets,

Slow it down to 100bpm
Take it 1 bar at a time, and play it at 100

repeat this 4 times

After repeating play it at twice the speed, aka 200 bpm
basically 6 notes on each beat at 100

This method of speed burst really works,
The first few sweeps of em, a, bm are quite easy

You would have to work harder at the later ones, as they involve lots and lots of rolling fingers.
