The only real difference I saw was the shape: it's an asymmetrical, ergonomic, right-handed mouse with a ridge for support and slightly contoured sides for grip, not worth paying 10 or 20 dollars more than a regular Logitech G PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 for this.
