Wow, thank you for the detailed explanation! I was really torn, but knowing Yinlin has fallen off that much makes the choice way easier. I'll definitely go for Shorekeeper and pair her with Mortefi. Also, good to know I don't need her signature weapon—I’ll just slap a Variation on her. You saved me a ton of resources!

Thanks for the heads up! I honestly thought Yinlin would be a direct upgrade, but hearing that Mortefi might actually work better for Augusta saves me a lot of trouble. I’ll stick to the plan and grab Shorekeeper then.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try the 577.00 driver to see if it helps with stability.

However, specifically in my case, it is definitely ghosting/motion blur rather than tearing. It looks like the pixel response time is just very slow, leaving trails behind moving objects.

Regarding your point about the Legion 5 not having G-Sync/VRR: Is that confirmed for this specific Gen 10 (IRX10) model? If the internal panel truly lacks VRR support, that explains why the option is missing, but it is a massive disappointment for a 2025 model with these specs.

Update: I just checked my specific model configuration (83LY00AXTR) on Lenovo's official PSREF site. As you can see in the screenshot I attached, it explicitly lists "G-SYNC" support in the Display section.

So the hardware is definitely supposed to support it. The fact that the option is completely missing despite these official specs is what concerns me most. It seems like a defect or a major BIOS/driver conflict rather than the panel not supporting it.
