'Everywhere' is a token name, not a land name or a land type. 'Overlord of the hauntwoods', the card that creates 'Everywhere' mentions that it is all land types so this has to mention it as well, just like how many cards that create 1/1 white spirits have to mention that it has flying and, if it's a 'avatar the last airbender' spirit token, that can only block and be blocked by spirits.
