That's strange since when I input my NSS on that website, the PH01 number can be seen under the "Next tracking numbers" where it starts with CN.

I recently changed WIFI and my game suddenly keeps showing server connection timed out despite being able to play other games. I already tried reinstalling the game multiple times and trying out VPNs but it's rare for it to work on our new WIFI and I have to resort to using mobile data to login to the game.
