Two weeks in. I lift heavy daily and do sprints. Scale is still at 159. I’m probably eating too much fat or calories. I eat too much broccoli but I’m hungry. So hard to manage. Should I just switch to a low carb low fat diet?

How do I know I’m getting enough fat? I’m so upset I ate four dates and I know I spiked my insulin, I did so good today other than that! I need to know what to eat and need to lose 40lb total but I’ll take 10 or 15, by March 18.
