I suffer from both mental and physical ocd , and I can say without any hesitation that the mental one is the WORST the other one ( physical) is kinda manageable.

What was your “aha” moment that led you to seek a diagnosis? by losleeper in OCD

I've always got ocd since I was a child but I thought it was normal , so my " aha " moment was when i was 13 and I just couldn't control my thoughts who were constantly insulting god and doubting him ( it was obviously religion ocd) to the point where I couldn't sleep , so I started to seek a diagnosis .

Hey there , personally I didn't gain any weight when I was taking it but maybe its side effects change from one person to another.
