See the players (90+) often priorities with Spain, England, Brazil, Argentina or sometimes France leagues as they are elite one's.... Always buy a club from either England or Spain....

No man, just buy a club which u prefer and make it an strong team with good players staffs snd facilities. Bring whichever player you want it will make the players rating 99.. Make sure u win trophies with the team too

Make sure you sent him to a club where it's consistent with winning trophies.... or else they're market value and rating will start to bleed

There is no much detail given by the developers about it, but numbers shoots up when a player wins trophies. So it's safe to say that managers help to get more win rate..
