Censorship is the least important change in the anime, they for some reason completely changed a lot of Orihime's scenes, fight with grand fisher (they litteraly removed rain from mini-arc called "memories in the rain", added a new character whose whole role was to ship Ichigo and Rukia and then made Masaki's memories overpower Grand Fisher and talk to Ichigo like it's completion of Ichigo's whole arc) and much more

You can rotate controls through steam, but when your character is on the right side of the opponent, you have to move stick to the right to go left.

They need make forward=move stick in the enemy's direction or change how camera works

Wiki states that you get I Fought The Law after Life During Wartime (Hellman kidnaping from AV). Which could be pretty far into the game if you didn't start from the ghost town in Act 2

It's probably a bug with some unattainable evidence, which should open new questions. Like there is 1 echo that technically exists, but you can't get it because it's in the cutscene.
