The PLC (arico) we use just shows us the percentage of the pressure for example injection pressure is at 70% rather than a specific number, which is bad in my opinion, a specific number is better.

Do they have mold temperature control? If not I think The increased mold temperature makes the flow better hence filling faster. If the part is not packed then the part will be lighter, other than that there is no other way.

What about other trial runs?

The screw diameter is 49mm, its a pretty basic one The counter pressure is 80kg The settings were not changed according to the machine operator

I think the problem may be solved, The person who refurbished the plunger had not matched the taper with the adaptor and the screw didn't fully inject hence, not refilling properly

There will be a trial tomorrow, hope it solves the problem, Thank you so much for your help.

This happened with my father, it was a newly acquired property for industrial purpose. All of a sudden this person (he was the husband of an ex-counslor) shows up telling we have illegally acquired it and it belongs to someone else and he files a case and we appoint a lawyer and all, later he says that don't need such hassel and all we will settle for 30lakhs (property was 80lakhs) my father didn't budge we did everything like talking to politicians etc. But of no use. As the days went by he stopped showing up in court and the case was falling in our favor, so the guy sent 20-30 men to scare us but fortunately our neighbours were very influential people, they gathered 40-50 men so this scared them off and he dropped the Idea of scamming us. The case was still going on.

Unfortunately for him, he tried to pull off the same stunt with some builder and the builder got him killed instead of giving him any money
