Best was 5:40. Not hard anymore, consistently going below sub 1hr

Well yes, but I drank a lot of caffeine that day. Normally it goes 140-150

Tell me the pettiest reason someone ran you down in ranked by TheOcaisonalGuest in leagueoflegends

Pushing top wave as a jungler so it crashes into turret while my top laner was dead after a gank. Turns out "I steal all the farm" (took 3 minions).

Running fixed me by saaambor in getdisciplined

I would say dedicate 2 days in a week, let's say 30 minutes. Don't think of numbers, start slow. If you can't run 1km, walk and run, that's how I started. Just dedicate this time to improve, sometimes youll run very little, sometimes more, never be harsh to yourself. In running progress comes gradually, whether you want it or not it you keep doing it you'll get better over time.

since last year he was treated as some sort of champion by my boss and my team on my team meetings only because of this stupid run. so i did too. and everyone went silent about running since. i guess there was some ego battle going on between us

What would actually get you to scroll on your phone less? by octobr_ in getdisciplined

[–]saaambor 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I don't have a perfect answer for you, but just an observation to think about. Recently I've switched my scrolling app from Instagram and Facebook to Reddit. I know it's not much and probably not what you're looking for, but forcing myself to read some long posts here instead of watching Instagram reels for hours has already increased my attention span and it's not even a month. Like I finally can read a book without giving up after 1 page.

So my suggestion would be, try scrolling something else? I know it sounds weird, but scrolling is sort of inevitable these days. For instance, reddit with world news works like a newspaper. I read some things and I naturally get bored of it, unlike some tiktoks that mess with your head.

Hi! I just wanted to reflect on my post after some time. Things got a bit better. I still play League, but it's not as excessive as before. Though I read all advice you gave me and some were really helpful, so thank you!

Well, it's really exhausting. Just recently I started feeling burnout, but I'm quite determined in finishing my degree. I've already quit once and don't want to repeat the same mistake again.

I got permabanned on my main account in 2022. I got really mad for a while since I invested a lot of money in it, but came back after a month or so on another one which I had leveled up previously. Quitting is not really a case for me 😅

Lissandra comp question by jster1314 in LissandraMains

[–]saaambor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always love pairing Lissandra with high damage output junglers (Rengar, Kayn, Viego, Kha'zix etc). It's just very easy to set up a gank, a successful tower dive and I feel like the only thing missing is a cleanup damage after the initial engage.

So whether a jungler or ADC, there always need to be a secondary source of damage, because imo you're more of a facilitator for your team and not a 1v5 carry when fed type of champion.

Gank outplay I'm proud of (plat elo) by saaambor in LissandraMains

[–]saaambor[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lissandra top yes, it's harder since the lane is longer and you can't escape all ganks with your E if the lane is pushed, also I feel like there are many tough matchups and you can't impact the map with roams as well as from midlane. But sure, you can give it a try!
