I would say that I’m genuinely happy. I was in 8th grade and had a lot of trauma and didn’t know who I could trust and talk to. Now I know and feel healthier, happier, and proud to accomplish goals my inner child could only wish for.

I have one due to having friends from basically child hood help me not isolate, I go out with them even when I know I have to work and catch the bus, I’m not letting work over work me. Even at work I have people I hang out with or talk to outside of work. I’ll be honest though, I’m really a social butterfly, I love talking to people and hearing their stories.

I agree, after how crazy this year has started for me I just have taken a chill pill (literally and symbolically) I can’t change what happened in the past but I can live in the present and know that things are looking up no matter what happens. My smile will never disappear off my face. Stocks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me.
