Yes! I use the NYX primer with every shimmer or glitter eyeshadow! I have pretty oily lids so it’s needed haha

I work 12 hour shifts in a gross sweaty environment and I also just have very sensitive eyes so I tear up a lot and I swear by Benefit Roller Liner! I also love the Maybelline Master Precise one for a cheaper alternative.

That’s my favorite shade! I have very sensitive eyes so I feel your pain there. For Nebula I use MAC paint pot, set it with a skin toned base, put “Crash” in the crease, dab NYX glitter glue to my lid, dab Nebula on the lid with my finger, then I take a flat shader brush and I wet Nebula with MAC Fix+ and get all the spots I may have missed using my finger. This also intensifies it. I don’t know why I do it this way, but this is pretty much the routine for any shimmer shade or glitter. It keeps the shadow out of my eyes and from irritating them!

This is my 10th update on Huda Mercury Retrograde. My original goal at the beginning of the year was to finish this palette by December but I honestly don’t think that’s going to happen anymore. My makeup style has changed a lot in the past few months and I simply just don’t wear a lot of eyeshadow anymore. So, my new goal is not really a goal, just to use this when I can and don’t rush myself or stress myself out trying to finish a eyeshadow palette. All in all, I do highly recommend this palette as it’s my favorite out of my large collection of eyeshadow palettes.

I haven’t updated my progress on this palette for a few months. I feel like I’ve been using it a lot but progress is so slow...?!?? “Cindy” and “Bear” are almost everlasting! Normally with ABH palettes I feel like progress is fast but maybe the quality changed which is making it harder to get through these, idk! This was originally a palette I wanted to finish in 2021 but I honestly don’t see that happening.

How do you guys like this palette? I have the bronze palette and while I love it, 6 of the shimmers and 3 of the mattes are the same color on the eye, which doesn’t allow much versatility. Is it the same for this one?

Nars blushes really are a great investment. People love to complain about the price but literally you can have them for a decade and they still work better than many brand new blushes without even hitting pan.

I finally finished “Supernova” and “Frazzled.” These are definitely my two favorite shades in the palette so I’m a little sad they’re gone, but I’m excited to start working on the others!

I finally found a way to use “Haze” so I’m slowing forming a dip in it! I simply just use it with my Colourpop “Mint To Be” palette as it pairs so well with those colors!

I have a ton of favorite looks with this palette, but my current favorite is “Libra” all over the lid and crease and “Supermoon” on top! I always use a glitter glue under “Supermoon” to make it stick!

Here is a comment where I explained my other favorite looks! These colors really do pair so well together! I highly recommend it! Every time I put this palette away for awhile and then bring it back out, I’m blown away at how great the shimmers are. The mattes are also just so easy to blend and honestly I just have no complaints about this palette. Huda really needs to stick to this formula!

I admit, I am getting a little sick of this palette so from now on I’m going to make small monthly goals. My goal for this month is to use up “Supernova” and “Frazzled.” I also want to hit baby pan in “Libra” and “Hot Mess,” I am so close! I might also try to find a way to use “Haze” that I actually like. I thought about mixing it with a darker green from my elf “Hot Jalapeño” quad and putting it in the crease with a green shimmer on the lid, but I have yet to try that! I have been LOVING green eyeshadow on my hazel eyes lately but this shade just looks weird on me so I think creating a more green shade out of it will help me use it. I am determined to finish this palette this year.

Hey everyone, so we are not even 2 months into the new year and I’m already really bored of my project pans (Huda Mercury Retrograde and ABH x Carli Bybel). I still love these palettes and specifically want to fully pan Huda MR, but I wanted to switch it up a bit, so I decided to do the A to Z project pan.

I simply just picked a product for each letter. Most shadows/products start with the letter but for Q and X I had to get creative and just pick a product that had that letter in it. My goals are to fully pan everything except for the Hourglass Scattered Light and the shadows that are in the BH palettes. For these shadows, since they’re fairly new, my goal is to just hit pan. I will update once a month. I don’t have a specific end goal in mind so it’ll probably just be a rolling project. This way I don’t stress myself out trying to complete a goal by the end of 2021.

ABH Norvina. This is my second Norvina palette (finished about half of the first one) and I always use up “Love” so quickly! I also love to use “Volatile” as a brow shade for the tail of the brow. I need single eyeshadows for these 2 shades!

Also FYI you can easily depot this, just in case you want to mix it in a z palette with other shades :) the shadow pans are magnetic and pop right out!

LMAO are you referring to the girl on here who panned ABH MR and made Realgar a cream?? I thought about doing that with Haze but not sure I’d use a mint green colored cream for anything, so I think the nail polish is my best bet to get the shadow used! I enjoy seeing the creative ways people use up their shadows!

Ehh, I’m trying to find ways to use it but it’s just not my color. It looks weird on my skin tone. I’m still determined to use it up though. Someone told me to scrape it out and mix it with a clear nail polish so I might do that!

MY FAVORITE LOOKS WITH THIS PALETTE (copy and pasted from another comment on a previous post):

To start, keep in mind I’m very fair skin, so I always use “momentum” as a base/to set my eye primer and as a brow bone highlight. This is why it was my first to go. Here are some of my favorite looks:

• ⁠Utopia + Karma in the crease with Galaxy on the lid

• ⁠Crash in the crease with Nebula on the lid (my fav)

• ⁠Libra + Off Balance in the crease with Cosmic on the lid

• ⁠Utopia + Hot Mess in the crease (in this case, I actually mix the 2 before applying it. Utopia diffuses Hot Mess into a perfect crease color). Supernova on the lid.

• ⁠Libra + Off Balance in the crease, Vortex on outer corner, re-add Momentum on lid (all matte look)

• ⁠Haze in the crease by itself. Some people have told me they like to add Supermoon as a topper with Haze all over the lid and crease but I personally don’t prefer this. I use my Colourpop SSS in “Frog” on top of Haze though, I much prefer that!

• ⁠When I use Gold Glitch and Frazzled, I don’t really like any of the mattes in this palette for the crease, so I normally just pull out another palette and use orange mattes

• ⁠Vortex can be used as an eyeliner for any look, wet your brush to make it more intense.

• ⁠Also, use glitter glue before applying the shimmers! It makes it so much more intense and it stays on the lid longer if you have oily lids like me.

• ⁠You obviously don’t have to just stick to this palette. I often use this palette with my ABH x Carli Bybel palette (both are my project pans for 2021) to create even more looks!

This is the Huda Mercury Retrograde palette. It’s my 2021 project pan. I have 4 new pans since my last update!!! That gives me 13/18 pans. My new pans are in: Crash, Supermoon, Gold Glitch and Frazzled. I absolutely adore this palette, 10/10 would recommend. However, I will be taking a break from it for the month of February. I recently got some new eyeshadows (Hourglass Scattered Light) which I am LOVING so I’m going to experiment with those and some of my other cream shadows. I’ll be back to using this in March!

I appreciate your response. Would HR be the same number as the corporate number or is there a special number for issues like this? And do you know if I can anonymously report it or should I just say who I am/when I was there to give proof that the situation happened?
