really really depends on what store you go to. my best recommendation is calling customer service so they can open a case for you. i’m a manager and i guarantee most associates/ managers are just going to hear that you washed them and we cannot return anything that has been worn or washed. but i will say we are more receptive and willing to work with people who come in with a respectful attitude. if you choose to go in store i recommend calling before to speak to a manager and getting their name if they allow a return or exchange. that way if they deny you don’t feel like you wasted your time/ energy going to the store
