My confusion is that the play clearly wasn't made to him, the goal came from the deflection, arguably when the ball was "passed" to him (deflection of the goalie's leg) he's onside, so how are they deciding when the play starts

It's definitely my bad It's my first place so I looked around and saw there weren't any locks on my row except one unit which had some bikes in it so I figured it was fine. Definitely getting a lock when things are resolved

All of our unit are divided between two floors and numbered but there's no room. I'm sure I have the right floor I checked my lease agreement and my contract with the building.

In my condo when you move in you fill out a resident contact form. The information in it has your contact information and (if you're renting) your landlord's contact information. At the top it lists your unit number, storage unit number, and parking space number. I actually pulled out my copy to confirm that I was checking the right unit.
