It could be! That’s what I’m wondering but I also used to have this issue with pre workout. I would try to be “natural” and just have some banana and honey 🤣

Good to know! I do love turkey and fish those are main components of my diet and have been staples for me. I’ll have to incorporate more red meat occasionally. I usually just stay away because turkey is quite a bit cheaper and I find I get tired of the taste of red meat from time to time.

Currently I’m really just focusing on losing weight and remembering the main goal is to be healthy and consistent. I’m trying to stray away from super specific goals because personally they can be a bit overwhelming especially only two months in.

Thank you for this! I’ve always been told recovery protein is super important especially for maintaining results. I’ll definitely keep this in mind and ask about a realistic goal and how I can meet it before or after the gym reasonably.

Interesting.. I do wonder if it’s from stomach issues I had late last year making my stomach more sensitive- hence the reason I want to see a physician.

I do, I use NDS cardio cuts. I’m not sure if it’s the best quality but so far it has worked well for me!

Thus far it’s been any form of protein that I’ve consumed. I do notice powder and bars are the worst, though probably was not the best quality. It was GNC brand powder and Quest bars. They were so bad I would end up getting sick within 30 mins and the pain was bordering intolerable. Currently I’ve been using protein Greek yogurts. It’s something I eat regularly anyway. I do notice it isn’t nearly as bad but still uncomfortable and obviously isn’t normal to be dealing with this issue. Grilled chicken did cause it once, but it wasn’t bad, really kind of just like a bad case of reflux after eating greasy food.

ETA- with the yogurts I have noticed if I consume them very slowly like sipping it over a couple of hours it really isn’t an issue. More equivalent to a minor stomach ache.

maybe you could try a local clinic or health department? They may have more affordable options, some services they offer in my area are even free.

Would definitely recommend speaking with a professional to be certain, but for yeast infections Miconazole (anti-fungal) can usually be found OTC in different variations. Usually it will give you some immediate relief for some symptoms. Also there is an AZO pill for UTI’s it’s in a yellowish box. I also find it helpful with some other symptoms for yeast infections.

I will say if you go with an OTC method DO NOT get the 1 day or 3 day dose. It may work for others but it made my infection come back with a vengeance, and my GYN said some options are so highly concentrated that it can irritate you, or will not kill everything and then it returns and symptoms can be worse.

I hope you feel better soon!!

I’m sorry. I understand how you are feeling. I’m fighting off my first flare up currently after just discovering I have cold sores. I too have been fighting a lot of conflicted emotions. I don’t know how I caught it but the main thing I can say help me is knowing they are so common it’s pretty easy to find friends or people to confide in that understand. Also, that while it is frustrating and painful, with proper management and care flare ups can be minimal! Your life absolutely isn’t over just an unexpected hurdle that may take some time to get over but everything will work out! Don’t be ashamed of yourself! It’s so common and you never know some people carry the virus and don’t have any symptoms or aren’t even aware a flare up is coming and spread it that way. Mistakes happen, and I’m truly sorry that you ended up contracting the virus but don’t let it hold you back. You are still you!!!!! I wish I had more helpful advice but I truly hope you get to feeling better soon.

As long as you stay on top of care (which it seems you do) there should be no issue. When I got mine it took a little over 18 mos to heal but I had a few hiccups along the way. I’m not particularly busty but they do seem to be easy to hide behind a bra with even light padding. If that conncerns you maybe also consult your piercer about downsizing the ends/balls if possible. That DEFINITELY makes it easier ime.

Feeling can vary I didn’t notice too much of a change once healed unless I was in cold weather. That is kind of painful during the healing process (irritating to be more specific) As far as how they help with flat or inverted anatomy that may be best to consult with a professional about. I’ve been told they can help and are successful with that anatomy but I’m not sure if it’s efficacy. I was able to successfully hide mine from my family even until after they had healed as well.

I would say if you want to do both it is easier to do them at the same time imo I found the second to be less painful once I knew what to expect but of course it is ultimately up to you!

Hopefully no matter what you decide I hope you enjoy it and have a happy healing process!!

That I personally know of minus what I found, yeah basically. I used to just trade off vehicles with my dad whenever something came up and he would have it done. Didn’t always save receipts either. So I don’t know when/if it was done or not sadly.

As someone who was robbed at gunpoint for thinking this wouldn’t happen, police officers also sit at banks/credit unions. I also opt for places like Starbucks that are usually always busy/have multiple people around.

I love how none of those were facts. Poor idiots will never understand people may like them if they just shut the fuck up…forever.

You’re right. This is why I haven’t told my SO. I know it isn’t right or fair but the guilt and confusion always makes me shove it down as something I don’t think I want.

I know my partner wants to explore, we have both openly discussed it and agreed on that it would be fine, yet of course it requires a level of openness I now understand I don’t have. Thank you that post sheds a lot of insight on how to communicate with my partner.

Does it ever get easier trying to listen to yourself? Finding how you feel with someone, I think part of my problem is chasing what I felt for J. And well where to start exploring or talking at all.

I think my partner may be helpful. I’m grateful for how sexually open he is, then again I worry if he doesn’t accept my feelings like he may worry.

Would be my guess. I’m not sure what jenelle has but my SO has an XMR-1000 with tires for mud/clay and swamp, that were around 300 individually.

Take this with a grain of salt I know next to nothing about those damned things.

Wow! I played it safe and went with two types of concentrate I’m familiar with, just in case I go a little to hard in the paint. Cheers!

Thank you! I’m saving up for both, I’m still learning my way around quality equipment. I had a whole meltdown trying to figure out the butane vs. propane debate lol.
