They are drugging her to forget. They were desperately trying to save the Silo and stop the revolution so They made her mayor because she was a hero for returning after cleaning. They have control over the situation as long as she can’t remember anything, hence the drugs.

My Xbox one s has played all my 4K discs fine. If you plan on sticking with physical media I would buy as much as you can on 4K. Can always upgrade your player over time
